Nplate (Romiplostim) mAbs

Nplate (Romiplostim) is a thrombopoietin receptor (TPO-R) agonist marketed by Amgen for the treatment of thrombocytopenia. It has been approved for the treatment of both adult and pediatric patients with immune thrombocytopenia (ITP), a condition that occurs when the blood platelet count is too low. Nplate (Romiplostim) is a recombinant human IgG Fc fusion protein produced in E. coli.
